Our History
As an experienced Management Consultant and Accountant, owner/principal Kania (Nia) Thomas’ affection for people, numbers, and organization management evolved into Bella Boss Management, LLC where she helps small businesses optimize their operations to improve profitability. By leveraging over 15 years of practice as an Executive Management professional in Accounting/Finance with extensive knowledge in the field of operations management, human resources, project management, and organizational development, she employs her coaching and training proficiency to teach small business owners “How to Be a Big Small Business”.
Her passion to teach birthed a team of exceptional consultants like herself as well as a workshop designed to educate small business owners in how to implement proven business fundamentals used at the corporate level. Nia and her team have a unique talent as problem solvers with specialized experience in the integration of accounting processes with other business systems for proficiency and efficiency. With strong analytical skills and an emphasis on process improvement, Nia created a paradigm used by all BBM consultants that tailors service delivery to each client’s specific and unique needs.
